Introduction
This curriculum is for you if you are sales professional and you want a breakthrough. It can be structured as seminars, weekly or bi-weekly phone coaching or as personal consultations.
One hour training/coaching sessions are mixed with email exchanges to create an ongoing learning experience of the highest caliber. Sales experience is not required but is preferable. Some modules may require more than one coaching session. The curriculum below will be tailored especially for you. Phone coaching packages are available if you don’t live in the Denver area.

The Hand Outs
The coaching sessions include a complete set of hand outs we call Sales Training Action. The hand outs include numerous pages of charts, forms, methods and templates you can use to help improve your sales skills.

Your Instructor
Alexander Van Buren is the trainer of this program. He has over 22 years experience as a trainer, behavioral modeler and executive coach.
In 2001, students of his NLP courses began rising to the top of regional and national sales forces. He began offering customized trainings just for sales professionals.
In 2002 he was hired by the Bluegreen Land and Golf Corporation to behaviorally model their best sales people and referral getters. Bluegreen is a publicly traded corporation with annual sales of over 200 million dollars. Several of their top sales people are nothing short of a world class sales elite. Several of their sales people now earn over 1 million dollars in personal income.
During the project, Alexander also modeled Mortgage Originator Magazine's top sales producers; those producing over 100 million dollars a year in gross loan volume.
Several of Van Buren's students have risen to the top of regional and national sales forces and some credit his work for helping them earn over 1 million dollars a year in commission for the first time in their lives.
Alexander’s sales trainings all contain the actual patterns he behaviorally modeled from world class sales people, along with numerous techniques from his original NLP trainings that have proven so effective for sales people for over a decade.
